Sheldon D. Wormuth III
Sheldon D. Wormuth III, 57, of Hyde, PA died on Saturday, May 31, 2025 at his home.
Born on May 8, 1968 in Longmont, CO, Sheldon was the son of Frances M. (Baldwin) Dell of Brookville, PA & the late Sheldon D. Wormuth II.
Sheldon was a member of ABATE.
He was a retired truck driver for Martell Glass.
Sheldon was a 1987 graduate from the Clearfield High School.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Sheldon is survived by five daughters, Shasta Wormuth & her husband Keith of Grampian, PA, Shannon Shape & her husband Branden of Curwensville, PA, Miranda Wormuth & her partner Anthony Sones of Hyde, PA, Shelby Clouser & her husband Kyle of Hyde, PA, and Nichole Wormuth & her fiancee Kenneth Billotte of Grampian, PA; a sister, Branda Jedrzejek & her husband, Michael of Johnstown, PA; eleven grandchilren, JerzeeRae Wormuth, Alexandria Wormuth, Piper Wormuth, Sierria Shape, Charleigh Shape, Rylee Shape, Emberlee Shape, Kinley Clouser, Lilly Billotte, Faith Billotte, and Kenson Sones; and a nephew, Craig Lines.
The funeral will take place on Saturday, June 7, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. (noon) at the Heath Funeral Home & Cremation Services, LLC at 701 Lingle St. Osceola Mills, PA 16666. Elder Will Dell will officiate.
Burial will be at Hillcrest Cemetery in Clearfield, PA, alongside his late father, Sheldon D. Wormuth II.
Visitation will be on Saturday, June 7, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral at the funeral home.
