Joyce M. Supenia
Joyce M. Supenia, 81, of Ginter, PA, died on Sunday, April 28, 2024, at Mt. Nittany Medical Center in State College, PA.
Born on December, 24, 1942 in Tyrone, PA, she was the daughter of the late Lloyd R. & Alice Pauline (Wilson) Wertz. She married James E. Supenia, Sr. on September 5, 1959; he survives at home.
Joyce was of the Christian faith.
She was a Homemaker.
Joyce was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Leanore Loose.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Pauline H. Elder & her husband Tim of Madera, PA; four sons, James E. Supenia, Jr. of Ginter, PA, Thomas L. Supenia of Flinton, PA, Richard A. Supenia of Madera, PA, and Brian K. Supenia of Tyrone, PA; a sister, Judy Isenberg of Tyrone, PA; eleven grandchildren, Emily, Breanne, Nikki, Cierra, Jack, Ashley, R.J., Brian, Alyssa, Kierstin, and Dylan; nine great-grandchildren; and one great-grandchild due in September.
At Joyce’s request, there will be no viewing or funeral service.
Arrangements are under the direction of Heath Funeral Home & Cremation Services, LLC in Osceola Mills, PA.
Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice in Joyce’s name.
