Carlene E. Showers, 96, of Osceola Mills, PA, died on Friday, May 30, 2025 at Heritage Ridge Senior Living at Windy Hill in Philipsburg, PA.
Born on September 20, 1928 in Philipsburg, PA, Carlene was the daughter of the late Benjamin Jarrett & Annie (Goss) Jarrett. She married Raymond L. “Bing” Showers on July 6, 1951. He preceded her in death on January 21, 2018.
Carlene was of the Christian Faith.
She was a homemaker.
Carlene was a high school graduate.
In addition to her parents and husband, Carlene was preceded in death by a son, Ralph Otto Showers; three sisters, Jane Jarrett, Norma Smeal, and Mona Harris; and three brothers, Walter Jarrett, Marvin Jarrett, and Darwin Jarrett.
She is survived by a daughter, Gloria A. Frosburg & her husband George of Philipsburg, PA; a son, Carl Ben Showers & his wife Lois of Osceola Mills, PA; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Private Services will be held at the convenience of the family at Heath Funeral Home & Cremation Services, LLC, Osceola Mills.
Burial will be at Umbria Cemetery in Osceola Mills, PA.
