Kathryn Louise Saupp
Kathryn Louise Saupp, 62 of Duncansville, PA , formerly of Philipsburg, PA passed away on Friday, February 3, 2012 at the Valley View Nursing Home in Altoona, PA.
Born September 1, 1949 in Philipsburg, PA. She was the daughter of the late Dillon, Sr. and Martha (Flegal) Saupp.
She was of Presbyterian faith, an Air Force Veteran of the Vietnam era and a Writer and Author. She graduated from Philipsburg-Osceola High School class of 1967. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Tech in 1975 and Master of Science in Library Science from Clarion University in 1995.
She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant brother David Saupp.
She is survived by three brothers Robert D. Saupp and his wife Xiaorong of Springfield, VA, James D. Saupp and his wife Susan of Sandy Ridge, PA and Dillon “J.R.” M. Saupp Jr. and his wife Paula of Philipsburg, PA; several Nieces and Nephews and also several Great Nieces and Nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m on Monday, February 6, 2012 at Heath Funeral Home in Osceola Mills, PA with Rev. Jean E. Martin officiating. Burial will be at the Umbria Cemetery in Osceola Mills, PA.
Friends will be received from 7:00 p.m. until the time of services Monday, February 6, 2012 at the funeral home.
