I could not have asked for a kinder nicer father-in-law for 37 years. He had the love and respect of his four sons and the daughters-in-law as well. We will certainly miss him, but will be comforted by the memory of his antics and love of family. Rest in peace Dad. Memory eternal.

What a great guy Merle was. I have great memories of being in the Boy Scouts and Merle being our assistant and scout master. All the camping trips to Camp Mt. Run and the cold nights camping out at Black Moshannon in the winter. He will be missed by all. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.
