Mildred L. Maines
Mildred L. Maines, 78, of Clearfield, PA and formerly of Philipsburg, PA, died on Thursday, November 14, 2024 at Mt. Laurel Nursing Home & Rehabilitation Center in Clearfield, PA.
Born on January 16,1946 in Frenchville, PA, she was the daughter of the late Clyde & Agnes (Folmar) Valimont. She married Gerald B. Maines on June 19, 1975 in Clearfield, PA; he preceded her in death on May 29, 2021.
Mildred was of the Christian Faith.
She was a homemaker.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Luann Kerry; a sister, Marjorie McCloskey, a brother Gerald Valimont; and a grandson, Gavin Maines.
Mildred is survived by three daughters, Connie English of Clearfield, PA, Pamela Lewis of Clearfield, PA and Crystal Corrigan & her husband Samuel of Clearfield, PA; two sons, Randall L. Maines & his wife Emily of Woolstock, IA and Paul Maines of Clearfield, PA; three sisters, Kathryne Norris of Clearfield, PA, Rosemary Robison of St. Marys, PA and Jane Dusch of Reading, PA; fourteen grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
The funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at Heath Funeral Home & Cremation Services, LLC, 701 Lingle St., Osceola Mills, PA. Pastor Donald Smith will officiate. Burial will be at Reidy Cemetery in Wallaceton, PA.
Visitation will be from Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at the funeral. home.
