Delores M. Litzinger
Delores M. Litzinger, 84, of Clearfield, PA, died on Saturday, October 18, 2025 at her home.
Born on February 4, 1941 in Altoona, PA, Delores was the daughter of the late Jess & Genevieve (Grove) Howe. She was married to Robert William Litzinger who preceded her in death on March 31, 1968. Delores later married and is survived by Evan C. John III of Clearfield, PA.
Delores was of the Christian Faith.
She was retired Janitor for the former Philipsburg State General Hospital.
In addition to her parents and first husband, Delores was preceded in death by two sisters, Margaret Kephart and Cathy Updike; three brothers, Jesse Howe, William Howe, and Russell Howe; an infant daughter Betsy Litzinger and daughter Roxanne Carter; and two sons, Gerald Litzinger and Richard Litzinger.
Delores is survived by four daughters, Tena Krause & her husband Robert of Madera, PA, Karen Litzinger & her companion Greg Kurtz of Hastings, PA, Crystal Confer & her husband Samual of Clearfield, PA, and Delores Stephenson & her husband Kenneth of Clearfield, PA; two sons, Denver Howe & his companion Debora of Philipsburg, PA and Robert Litzinger & his wife Debra of West Decatur, PA; two sisters, Ruby Clark & her husband Raymond of Philipsburg, PA and Sarah Conaway & her husband James of Milesburg, PA; a brother, Walter Howe & his wife Amy of Osceola Mills, PA; twenty five grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and numerous great-great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will take place on Friday, October 24, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at the Heath Funeral Home & Cremation Services, LLC, at 701 Lingle St. Osceola Mills, PA. Rev. Robert Bruinooge will officiate.
Internment will be at Alexander Cemetery in Madera, PA.
Visitation will take place on Friday, October 24, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. until the funeral time at the funeral home.
