Bonnie L. Krause
Bonnie L. Krause, 76, of Houtzdale, PA, died on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, at Cedarwood Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Tyrone, PA.
Born on December 3, 1947, in Philipsburg, PA, she was the daughter of the late Elmer & Dorothy (Hummel) Stone. She married Thomas M. Krause on February 3, 1968 in Osceola Mills, PA; he preceded her in death on April 14, 2023.
Bonnie was a member of the Brisbin Baptist Church.
She had been employed at the former Comet Market in Philipsburg, PA and was a graduate of the Philipsburg-Osceola High School.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Roger Stone and David Stone; and her in-laws, John & Althea Krause.
Bonnie is survived by three sons, Mark E. Krause & his wife Michele of New Castle, PA, Glen A Krause & his wife April of Grampian, PA, and Steven D. Krause of Madera, PA; two sisters, Mary “Kate” Parmenter of Osceola Mills, PA and Kathleen Davis of Hawk Run, PA; five grandchildren, Jessica Niebauer, Taylor Krause & his wife Annie, Rayven Krause, Alisa Strong and Kaitlin Green; and three great-grandchildren.
There will be no funeral service or visitation. Burial will be at the Philipsburg Cemetery in Philipsburg, PA.
