Louise P. Kopcik
Louise P. Kopcik, 99, of Philipsburg, PA and formerly of Osceola Mills, PA, died on July 8, 2023, at Mountain Laurel Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Clearfield, PA.
Born on June 30, 1924, in Osceola Mills, PA, she was the daughter of the late James & Rita (Renvillard) Osewalt. She married Andrew D. Kopcik on August 9, 1947, in Osceola Mills, PA; he preceded her in death on April 10, 2000.
Louise was a member of the Osceola Mills Presbyterian Church and VFW Post 5020 Ladies Auxiliary.
She was a homemaker and a 1942 graduate of the former Osceola Mills High School.
In addition to her parents and husband, Louise was preceded in death by two sisters, Geraldine Cornn and Phyllis Smith; two brothers, James Osewalt and Donald Osewalt; and her son-in-law, Michael P. Wayne.
She is survived by a daughter, Louise Ann Wayne of Wilmington, NC; and a grandson, Sean P. Wayne of Wilmington, NC.
The Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, July 14, 2023, at Heath Funeral Home & Cremation Services, LLC, 701 Lingle St., Osceola Mills, PA. Pastor William Conway will officiate. Burial will be at the Umbria Cemetery in Osceola Mills, PA.
Visitation will be Friday from noon until the time of the funeral service at the funeral home.
