Carolyn L. Kanour, 84, of Sandy Ridge, PA died on Saturday, October 17, 2026 at the home of her daughter & son-in-law Tanya & Jon Heikens in Show Low, AZ.
Born on October 2, 1942 in West Chester, PA, Carolyn was the daughter of the late Ernest Harner & Lois (Washer) Harner. She married Larry W. Kanour, Sr. on August 7, 1965 in Sandy Ridge, PA. Larry preceded Carolyn in death on June 11, 2024.
Carolyn was a member of the St. Paul’s United Methodist Church in Sandy Ridge, PA.
She was a Homemaker.
Carolyn was a 1960 graduate from the P.O. High School.
In addition to her parents and her husband, Carolyn was preceded in death by a son, Larry Kanour, Jr.
She is survived by a daughter, Tanya Heikens & her husband Jon of Show Low, AZ; a son, Craig A. Kanour of Show Low, AZ; three grandchildren, Craig Allen Kanour, II, Corrin Kanour, and Jordan Heikens; and two great-grandchildren.
Interment was at Umbria Cemetery in Osceola Mills, PA.
