Gerald M. Holden, Sr.
Gerald M. Holden, Sr., 78, of Philipsburg, PA and formerly of Osceola Mills, died on Tuesday, January 2, 2024, at his home.
Born on September 8, 1945, in Philipsburg, PA, he was the son of the late Russell S. Holden & Angeline L. (Grundusky) Holden. He married Marcia A. Stone on May 20, 1964, in Osceola Mills, PA; she preceded him in death on January 18, 2016.
Gerald was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Osceola Mills, PA.
He retired as an Auto Sales Manager. He was a 1963 graduate of Philipsburg-Osceola High School.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by a sister, Doris Covey; and a brother Edward Holden.
Gerald is survived by a daughter, Jerilyn Carlson & her husband Ray of Maryland; a son, Mart Holden & his wife Tara of Philipsburg, PA; a sister, Nancy Baughman & her husband William of Florida; three brothers, Russell Holden & his wife Carol of Philipsburg, PA, Kenneth Holden & his wife Pat of Philipsburg, PA; and Thomas Holden & his wife Lisa of Philipsburg, PA; two grandchildren, Wyatt Holden & his wife Joah; and Chandler Holden & her fiancé Jake London; and one great-grandchild, Indy London.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
