I have had the privilege and opportunity to know Chuck for several years and I have treasured this opportunity. Chuck was a good man. I considered Chuck my friend and I hope he has similar thoughts towards myself. Whenever the occasion when we would meet he had a genuine smile and as I think of him it is that smile that brightens the day. I know when we meet again he will have an even brighter smile. He was always willing to led a hand to someone in need. His devotion to his sister was unquestionable. His example to all that knew him was a good one. Chuck is my friend and he is missed but only for a short time.

We are in shock to hear of Chuck’s passing. He always came around to check on all of us. We have many fond memories over the years. There was never a dull moment with Chuck’s gift to gab. May he rest in peace. He will be missed.
