Many happy memories from my child hood surround Aunt Imogene. I remember all the 4th of July parades sitting in the yard watching the parade go by with all the cousins. My deepest sympathies to the family. May the good Lord be with you durning this sad time. Remember in your darkest hours God is by your side, lean upon him.

Imogene (and Dan) were inspirations to me. They always seems on an even keel, I never heard a bad word spoken from nor about either of them. I’ve tried to be that way, Guess that’s not my style. But I did learn from them. I’ll miss her sharp wit and kind words. Many times she and I walked arm in arm to her car after church. One day I jokingly said ” Do you think people will talk about us?” To which she replied, with a big smile, “I really don’t care. I’m old enough to do what I want”! May you all find peace in her passing, knowing Heaven gained another wonderful soul.

Athough miles separted us, from the east to the great plains, you were always in our hearts and thoughts. You will be missed and cherished as “Grandma Meyer” an elder of our family. You taught us all the meaning, family is who you love and accept. We will miss you Mom.

Dear Cheryl, Susan and Sally,
We just wanted to say how very sorry we are in the loss of your Mother. She was such a wonderful lady. Even though she didn’t know who we were, she still talked to us and showed us her “dry” sense of humor. May the Lord comfort you all as only He can do in the days and weeks ahead.

What a wonderful woman had many good times at her house when I was young! I miss the yummy honey her and Uncle Dan made fresh honey comb and honey sticks and the awesome candles they made. I sure have missed those days! My prayers for the family and friends.

Prayers for her family. I remember staying at her house and watching her making beautiful crocheted afgans. She taught me how to crochet but sadly I’m not nearly as talented as she was. She will truly be missed but I know she is in a much better place.

I am so sorry to learn of your loss of your mother. I remember her kindness very well. She was my Scout leader and had much patience and soft-spoken love. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
