Dewey’s certainly was a special friend. I can remember him running to and from the bus stop in his high shined Wellington boots. Playing football he was an awesome runner. His legs kept pumping even after he was tackled. So many good memories of my friend. Gail and Bruce, my prayers go out for you.

Du was the best cousin! He was so special in so many ways. When I was younger, he would never let me leave or the car trip home without some special candy for the journey. He saved newspaper clippings and flyers with things that he thought others would find interesting. I will miss him greatly!
He was so incredibly fortunate to have Gail & Bruce to take care of him. Prayers for peace during this difficult time.

I will always hold close and dear to my heart Dewey. I always cherished the times when Uncle Guy and him would come to the farm to rabbit hunt.
Dewey always had candy in his pocket…even many years later. I was amazed even though we all had aged…Dewey never did…he was a gift to us all …forever youth and innocence.
I can picture Uncle Guy waiting for him and now they are off on another hunting adventure.

Gail and Bruce,
We are so sorry for the loss of your beloved brother/brother-in-law. We will miss seeing Dewey walking and stopping to chat. He was in the best of care and certainly gave his illness a fight. Rest in peace and comfort Dewey.

RIP Dewey…we always looked forward to our visits with you when we drove in from California. You were always so kind and thoughtful and kept recipes for me that used my favorite ingredient, peanut butter. And you always had little hard candies that you shared with me. We’ll miss you so much. Love you always.
