Sarah H. Crain
Sarah H. Crain, 84, of Osceola Mills, PA passed away on Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at Windy Hill Village P.S.L. in Philipsburg, PA.
She was the daughter of the late Lewis & Doretta (Smith) Price, born on May 3, 1929 in Snow Shoe, PA. On July 22, 1953 she married Richard E. Crain Sr. in New Holland, PA; he preceded her in death on December 29, 2008.
Mrs. Crain was a member of the Osceola Mills Presbyterian Church. She was retired from the former Acme Super Market in Philipsburg, PA and was a 1947 graduate of the former Osceola Mills High School.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by: a sister, Elizabeth Price; and two brothers, Lewis Price and Harry Price.
Mrs. Crain is survived by: three daughters, Doretta K. Garvey & her husband George of Osceola Mills, PA, Sally A. Levonick of Osceola Mills, PA, and Lesa F. Gray & her husband Thomas of Osceola Mills; and two sons, Richard E. Crain, Jr. & his wife Barbara of Morrisdale, PA and Brady L. Crain & his companion Robin Winslow of Osceola Mills, PA. She is also survived by: eight grandchildren, Scott Garvey, Lynne Gonzalez, Tiffany Warlow, John Paul Levonick, Julia Greene, Aaron Levonick, Tara Yingling & Sara Murarik; and ten great grandchildren.
The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 30, 2013 in Osceola Mills Presbyterian Church, with Rev. Robert Bruinooge & Rev. Dr. Mary Jo Bruinooge officiating. Burial will be at the Umbria Cemetery in Osceola Mills, PA.
Visitation will be from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Friday, November 29, 2013 at the Heath Funeral Home in Osceola Mills, PA.
