Edna M. Carr
Edna M Carr, 98 of Clearfield, PA and formerly of West Decatur, PA passed away on Saturday, December 15, 2012 at the Mountain Laurel Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Clearfield, PA.
Mrs. Carr was the daughter of the late Frank D. & Mary M. (Smeal) Bush, born on February 8, 1914 in Decatur Township, PA. She married the late Wilbur G. Carr on November 13, 1976 at the Parsonville Assembly of God in (Parsonville) RD Houtzdale, PA. He preceded her in death on May 8, 1986.
She attended the Ohio United Methodist Church in (Morgan Run) RD Osceola Mills, PA.
Mrs. Carr was retired from the former Viceroy Clothing in Osceola Mills, PA. She was a 1933 graduate of the former Philipsburg High School and graduated from the former Altoona School of Commerce & Zeth School.
In addition to her Parents and Husband, she was preceded in death by three brothers: Carl A. Bush, Raymond M. Bush & Leo D. Bush.
Mrs. Carr is survived by: two sisters, Elsie M. Lane of Clearfield, PA and Eldarene E. Clark of Tonawanda, NY; three brothers, John J. Bush & his wife Dorothy of Fairless Hills, PA, Malvin Bush & his wife Kathryn of Texas and Herman S. Bush & his wife Margaret of Tonawanda, NY; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December, 19, 2012 at the Ohio United Methodist Church in (Morgan Run) RD Osceola Mills, PA with Pastor Donald Smith officiating. Burial will be at the Mock’s Hill Cemetery in West Decatur, PA.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, December 18, 2012 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 – 9:00 pm.m at the Heath Funeral Home in Osceola Mills, PA and on Wednesday, December 19, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral at the church.
