Rebecca J. (Supko) Blount
Rebecca J. (Supko) Blount, 61, of Curwensville, PA died on Thursday, January 14, 2016 at Penn Highlands in DuBois, PA.
Born on February 5, 1954 in Philipsburg, PA, she was the daughter of Joseph H. Supko of Houtzdale and the late Alice J. (Roach) Supko. Her husband was Bernie Blount, who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Blount was a member of the Osceola Mills United Methodist Church in Osceola Mills, PA. She was a 1972 graduate of the Bellefonte Area High School.
In addition to her husband and mother, she was preceded in death by a sister, Tonya Maines and a brother, Edward Martin.
Along with her father, Mrs. Blount is survived by: a son, Robert J. Burns of Nebraska; two sisters, Sue (Supko) Yarger & her husband Dale of Houtzdale, PA and Patti Baker of Clearfield, PA; a brother, Daniel B. Supko & his wife Patricia of Bellefonte, PA; two grandchildren, Zach Burns and Leinad Burns; and many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 19, 2016 at the Heath Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Osceola Mills, PA; with Pastor Donald J. Smith officiating.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. until the time of the memorial service at the funeral home.
