Letty M. Mason
Letty M. Mason, 99, of Philipsburg, PA and formerly of Osceola Mills, PA died on Friday, January 3, 2020 at the Windy Hill Village, PSL in Philipsburg, PA.
Born on March 26, 1920 in Sandy Ridge, PA she was the daughter of the late Bud and Rebecca (Farley) Jones. She married George W. Mason on October 10, 1955 in Hagerstown, MD: he preceded her in death on March 14, 1994.
She was a member of the Abundant Life Fellowship Church in Philipsburg, PA.
Letty was retired from the Penn State University.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by: two sisters, Ann Myers and Alfretta Lese; and one brother, Ralph Jones.
She is survived by: two nephews, Jerry Lese & his wife Diane of Philipsburg, PA and Tony Lese & his wife Eleanor of Osceola Mills, PA.
The Funeral Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at the Heath Funeral Home & Cremation Services, LLC in Osceola Mills, PA: with Rev W. Dean Krause officiating. Burial will be at the Umbria Cemetery in Osceola Mills, PA.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. until funeral time at the funeral home.
