Betsy K. Picard
Betsy K. Picard, 55, of Winburne, PA passed away on Monday, November 18, 2013 at the Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, PA.
She was the daughter of the late Theodore F. Perks, Sr. & Geraldine E. (Droll) Perks, born on October 20, 1958 in Philipsburg, PA. She married Bradley S. Picard on August 11, 1979 in Winburne, PA, He survives at home.
Mrs. Picard was of the Christian Faith. She was the co-owner of Dust Busters Cleaning Service in Winburne, PA and a 1976 graduate of the Philipsburg-Osceola High School.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Picard is survived by: a daughter, Nicole D. Picard & her fiance Doug Belgin of Winburne, PA; three sisters, Deborah D. Perks of Philipsburg, PA, Tammy L. Moriarity & her husband Tim of Winburne, PA, and Sherry A. Bowman & her husband Mark of West Decatur, PA; three brothers, Larry R. Perks & his companion Cindy Greenwalt of West Decatur, PA, Dennis R. Perks & his wife Germaine of Harrisburg, PA, and Theodore F. Perks, Jr. & his wife Deborah of Allport, PA; and a grandson, Gunner Michael Belgin of Winburne, PA.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 23, 2103 at the Forest Baptist Church in (Forest) Winburne, PA, with Pastor Sue Radel officiating.
There will be no viewing or visitation.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Heath Funeral Home in Osceola Mills, PA.
