George A. Malinich
George A. Malinich, 80, of Osceola Mills, PA died on December 21, 2021 at Penn Highlands DuBois.
Born on February 25, 1941 he was the son of the late George Malinich and M. Thelma (Reams) Malinich. He married Rosemary (Jackson) Malinich on February 24, 2006: she survives at home.
He was a member of the New Life Center in Philipsburg, PA.
George was a U. S. Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War, a retired truck driver and was a 1959 graduate of the Philipsburg Osceola Mills High School.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by, two brothers, Ronald G. Malinich and Norman M. Malinich.
Along with his wife he is survived by: one daughter, Deann Cook & her husband Jeffrey of Manassas, VA; three stepdaughters, Mary Sine & her husband Eric of Brandenburg, KY, Teresa Parks & her husband Melvin of Lakeland, FL and Sherri Knapper of Philipsburg, PA; four sons, Darrell Malinich of Morrisdale, PA, Kevin Malinich & his wife Carrie of Houtzdale, PA, Lewis Malinich of Osceola Mills, PA and Andrew Malinich & his wife Kumi of Aurora, OH; two stepsons, John Webster, Jr. & his wife Kathy of McKees Rocks, PA and Robert Webster & his wife Christina of Crocker, MO; one brother, Robert D. Malinich of Osceola Mills, PA; eight grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Heath Funeral Home & Cremation Services, LLC in Osceola Mills, PA: with Rev. John Dill officiating. Burial will be at Umbria Cemetery in Osceola Mills, PA.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 1:00 p.m. until funeral time at the funeral home.
