Joyce L. Winters
Joyce L. Winters, 81 of Bellefonte, PA, formerly of Ashland, RD Osceola Mills, PA passed away on Friday, August 10, 2012 at the Centre Crest Nursing Home in Bellefonte, PA.
Miss Winters was born on June 5, 1931 to the late Willard A. and Della B. (Stone) Winters in Decatur Township, PA.
She was a member of the Ashland Wesleyan Church in Osceola Mills, PA.
Miss Winters is survived by two sisters, Shirley Duez of Toronto, Ontario and Norma Miller of Bellefonte, PA.
The funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at the Heath Funeral Home in Osceola Mills, PA with Rev. E Joseph Rohrbacker and Rev. Arlene A. Rohrbacker officiating. Burial will be at the I.O.O.F Cemetery in Brisbin, PA.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. and on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at the funeral home.
