Mary A. Stone

Mary A. Stone, 87, of Morrisdale, PA died on Friday, December 14, 2018 at Windy Hill Village, PSL, Philipsburg, PA.

Born on June 26, 1931 in Snow Shoe, PA she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Sophie (Biggans) Palinkas.  She married Edward James Stone on July 14, 1952 in Bellefonte, PA: he preceded her in death on October 12, 1975.

She was of the Christain Faith and was a homemaker.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by: three sisters, Dorothy Williamson, Nancy Bibb and Betty Albert; and one son-in-law, Perry Fetcenko.

She is survived by: three daughters, Karen Cowfer & her husband Roger of Phillipsburg, PA, Jeanne Fetcenko of West Decatur, PA and Sandra Little & her husband Mark of Morrisdale, PA; two sons, James Stone of Morrisdale, PA and Kenneth Stone; two sisters, Mildred Heisler of Harrisburg, PA and Carol Palinkas of Mechanicsburg, PA; two brothers, Donald Polinkas & his wife Evelyn of Vero Beach, FL and James Polinkas & his wife Patricia of Bel Air, MD; four grandchildren, James P. Holt, Andrew Fetcenko & his wife Brianna, Amanda Kelly & her husband Shane and Rachel Little; and five great-grandchildren, Riley, Ryen and Remi Fetcenko, and Colton and Norah Kelly.

The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the Heath Funeral Home & Cremation Services, LLC in Osceola Mills, PA: with Rev. Clifford Johnston officiating.  Burial will be at the Umbria Cemetery in Osceola Mills, PA.

Visitation will be held on Monday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until funeral time at the funeral home.
