Vern will be missed greatly by our family. Very fond memories, Remembering the days, Brad and Garret in high school , waterskiing here at Cville Lake, , and up to Canada Cottage. Then later rooming together at Pitt Bradford , ( Vern and Ron making the trips to take the boys books back up to Johnsonburg when they forgot them from the weekend. )
Vern always willing to help in ANYWAY possible. Our hearts go out to Sharon, Garret and the girls. Our deepest sympathy to you all.

Vern was a very thoughtful person and was always there as a brother-in-law when anything needed to be fixed. We had our ups and downs at times, but as we got older and found an amazing friendship and I was so fortunate to have seen him and Sharon here in Florida for a couple of months not long ago. As always he was always looking for something to do or fix and he did a lot for me. I’ll always be thankful for the times in Canada, fishing and more fishing, so many good memories over the years, you will be missed.
