Bill was a wonderful Brother-in-Law. He was a joy to be around. Quiet but funny. Modest, not a complainer and always worked so hard around his home, especially his beautiful yard. I have often told my sister that she was lucky to have him for her husband. Bill, you are missed and I will continue to think of you often. You put so many smiles on my face.
