Ronald W. “Ron” Litz

Ronald W. “Ron” Litz, 54, of (Parsonville) Houtzdale, PA died on Thursday, February 6, 2014 at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, PA.

He was the son of the late Fred Litz, Sr. & Betty (Lumadue) Litz, born on December 14, 1959 in Clearfield, PA.  He married Michele (Holmes) Litz on August 17, 1996 in Clearfield, PA; she survives at home.

Mr. Litz was of the Christian Faith.  He was a Transporter for Cen-Clear Child Care Services of Philipsburg, PA and was a 1977  graduate of the Clearfield High School.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Fred Litz, Jr.

Along with his wife, Mr. Litz is survived by: a daughter, Cassie L. Litz of (Parsonville) Houtzdale, PA; and a sister, Darlene Litz-Gross & her husband Dwight Gross of Clearfield, PA.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at the Heath Funeral Home in Osceola Mills, PA; with Rev. Ernest E. Simmers officiating.

Visitation will be on Tuesday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
