Dear Betty and family-
We just heard of Milford’s passing and want to extend our sincere condolences to all of you. I have wonderful memories of you whenever I would come over to hang out with my cousin Debbie. I am thankful to have known Milford and his gentle spirit. Having lost my mom last March, I know the loss and sadness that is present right now but what a day of rejoicing there will be when we all get to Heaven. May God bless you and comfort you at this time.

Dear Kephart family,
I have had the pleasure of knowing Milford and Betty since I started in the investment business in 1986. It was always a pleasure to visit the home in Coal Run. Milford was a very astute investor and a good friend. Always willing to share his wisdom and the bounty of his garden. My children looked forward to my return from the Kephart’s business dealings because I always had some goodies in tow. I respectfully referred to them as Mom and Dad, beacause they were such loving folks and had such a warm glow about them. I will remember Milford always and will keep him in my prayers. God Bless and God speed dear friend. May the perpetual light shine upon you. May your soul and all the souls of the faithful departed rest in peace.
love,
Tim
p.s. Say hi to my son Kyle….

I extend my sincere sympathy to all of you during this difficult time. I know how very important family is to you & the reason for your early retirement was to spend quality time with your family. May the memories of your Father help to heal the pain of the loss you are feeling at this time. May the memories of your Father live in your hearts forever.

Dr. Bob and I were saddened to read of Milford’s death. He was such a marvelous soul! He had so much love in his big heart and was a Christian man who walked a straight path. He had a wonderful wife in Betty who shared all those years and cared for him so kindly these last years. He raised a family of which he was so proud… happily we can say that we know and love his family and to each of you we send our sincerest sympathy for your loss. It is such a joy to know he loved the Lord and is resting in the loving arms of Jesus.

Sorry for those left behind for that void in your days to come. So glad we were able to spend a few minutes with Milfred and
Betty two summers ago. Always enjoyed conversations with the two of you in Florida or Pa. We send our heart felt sympathy to Betty, Donna, Gary and Debra and their familys as well as Velma. May the Lord give each of you comfort and peace during this time of bereavement and the days following.
Much love to all,
Bradley & Donna

Thank you for all the wonderful memories – Mom (Shelvey) always spoke favorably of YOU and held a special place in her heart for Betty, your family, and YOU (Milford).
