Carol J. Kephart

Carol J. Kephart, 82, of Philipsburg, PA, died on Monday, February 2, 2026 at her home.

Born on September 16, 1943 in Philipsburg, PA, Carol was the daughter of the late Harry Millard & Louise (Jones) Millard. She married Carl W. Kephart on October 19, 1963 in (Gearhartville) Philipsburg, PA. He preceded her in death on December 4, 2022.

Carol was a member of the New Life Center in Philipsburg, PA.

She retired from Cen-Clear Child Services in Philipsburg, PA.

Carol was a 1961 graduate from the P.O. High School.

In addition to her parents and husband, Carol was preceded in death by four sisters, Chrissie Millard, Sharon Schleig, Lois Sharpless, and Grace Lamb; and three brothers, Merle Millard, Carl Millard, and Wesley Millard.

Carol is survived by a daughter, Lee Ann Webster (Scott) of Spring Mills, PA; two sons, Russell Kephart & his wife Dina of Houtzdale, PA and Leslie Kephart & his wife Susan of Charleston, SC; a sister, Sylvia Marko of Osceola Mills, PA; two brothers, Harry Millard of Philipsburg, PA, and Frank Millard & his wife Shirley of Madera, PA; eight grandchildren, Dustin, Christopher, Andrew, Morgan, Carson, Mali, Aaralyn, Brianna; and one great-grandson, Noah.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 6, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Heath Funeral Home & Cremation Services, LLC, at 701 Lingle St. Osceola Mills, PA. Rev. John Dill will officiate.

Interment will be at Centre Cemetery in Osceola Mills, PA.

The family will receive guests on Friday, February 6, 2026 from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral at the funeral home.
