Robert N. Jones
Robert N. Jones, 82, of Philipsburg, PA died Sunday, January 18, 2015 at his home.
Born on August 19, 1932 in Philipsburg, PA, he was the son of the late Joseph and Dorothy (Hughes) Jones. He married Besse (Penepacker) Jones on April 1, 1955 in Winchester, VA; She preceded him in death on January 11, 1998.
Mr Jones was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Philipsburg, PA where he held numerous positions within the church. He was a Army Veteran of the Korean War, and a retired salesman for the Your Building 
Center in Philipsburg, PA. He was a 1950 graduate of the former Philipsburg High School.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by a son, Robert C. Jones and a brother, Paul B. Jones.
Mr. Jones is survived by: three daughters, Sheree Vaux & her husband Ronald of Philipsburg, PA, Shelley Chintella & her husband Kenneth of Philipsburg, PA and Elayne Jones of Philipsburg, PA; a sister, Beverly Steinsiek of Carlisle, PA; seven grandchildren, Erin Vaux, Amanda Vaux, Kellie Vaux, Kendra Chintella, Tyler Chintella, Kristen Skaugen, & Jessica Jones; five step-grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 31, 2015 at the First Presbyterian Church in Philipsburg, PA, with Rev. Dr. Katie Hopper officiating. Burial will be at the Philipsburg Cemetery in Philipsburg, PA.
Heath Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Osceola Mills, PA is in charge of the arrangements.
