Teresa Hubler
Teresa Hubler, 94, of Osceola Mills, PA died on Monday, October 6, 2025 at Mt. Nittany Medical Ctr. in State College, PA.
Born on October 5, 1931 in Philipsburg, PA, Teresa was the daughter of the late John Socash & Catherine (Coleman) Socash. She married Harold R. Hubler on January 27, 1950 in Philipsburg, PA. He preceded her in death on July 15, 2015.
Teresa was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Osceola Mills, PA.
She retired from Penn State University as a cook. She and her husband Harold were the owner operators of the former D & L Diner in Osceola Mills, PA, and also was the owner operator of the former 53 Energies Propane Company of Osceola Mills, PA
Teresa was a graduate from the former Osceola Mills, PA High School.
In addition to her parents and husband, Teresa was preceded in death by a daughter, Linda Rae Yebernesky; two sisters, Kathryn Johnson and Verna Miller; and a brother, George Socash.
Teresa is survived by four daughters, Diane Colley of Indiana, PA, Terrilee Millard & her husband Gerald of Philipsburg, PA, Danielle Bojalad of DuBois, PA, and Melanie Pryde & her husband Chris of Osceola Mills, PA; a son, Richard Hubler & his wife Darlene of Osceola Mills, PA; a sister Margie Chancey of Alabama; a brother, Robert Socash & his wife Georgie Socash of West Decatur, PA; twelve grandchildren, Michelle Colley, Melissa Colley, Megan Colley, Bobby Yebernesky, Heather Hayward, Tyler Hubler, Devin Millard, Justin Millard, Mark Ryan Frank, Jalen Pryde, Mason Pryde, and Lowman Pryde; and seven great-grandchildren.
A Public Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, October 9, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Osceola Mills, PA. Rev. Father Jonathan Schmolt, celebrant.
Burial will be at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Cemetery in Osceola Mills, PA.
Visitation will be private.
