Bruce I. Hockenberry

Bruce I. Hockenberry, 66, formerly of Houtzdale, PA, died on Monday, June 3, 2024 at Ridgeview Health Care & Rehabilitation Center in Curwensville, PA.

Born on July 20, 1957 in Philipsburg, PA, he was the son of the late Irvin & Ida (Goss) Hockenberry.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Melvin Hockenberry.

Bruce is survived by two sisters, Grace M. Steiner & her companion Russell Benson of Beccaria, PA and Penny L. Kougher & her husband Tom of Houtzdale, PA; and two brothers, Donald W. Hockenberry of Houtzdale, PA and Irvin L. Hockenberry & his wife Chris of Houtzdale, PA.

A memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 6, 2024 at Heath Funeral Home & Cremation Services, LLC, 701 Lingle St., Osceola Mills, PA.  Pastor Adam Dotts will officiate.  Burial will be at I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Brisbin, PA.

Visitation will be held on Thursday from 5:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral at the funeral home.
