Sandra G. Baughman Harlow

Sandra G. Baughman Harlow, 66, of Houtzdale, PA, died on Wednesday, September 2, 2026.

Born on August 14, 1960, in Philipsburg, PA, Sandra was the daughter of the late Luther C. Baughman & Hazel (Yarger) Baughman. She married Richard D. Harlow, Jr. on April 4, 1987 at the Sanborn Church of God. Richard survives at home.

Sandra was a member of the Sanborn Church of God as well as the Sanborn Grange.

She was presently employed at Penn State University as a Benefit Specialist for human resources. She had also worked at State Farm Insurance for Larry & Carol Kokoskie in Houtzdale, PA.

Sandra was a 1978 graduate from the Mo Valley High School.

She was preceded in death only by her parents.

In addition to her husband, Sandra is survived by three daughter, Rae Harlow of State College, PA, Claire Harlow of State College, PA, and Reese Harlow & her fiancee Brent Butler of State College, PA; a son, Luther C. Baughman Harlow & his companion Sydnee Cookerly of Philipsburg, PA; two sisters, Jo Ellen Potter & her husband Terry of West Decatur, PA and their children Aaron, Sam, and Mary, and Iris Baughman of State College, PA; and two grandchildren, James Kessler and Winona Harlow.

A funeral service will take place on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the Sanborn Church of God. Pastor Jeff Aldridge will officiate.

Interment will be at the Baughman Cemetery in Sanborn, Houtzdale, PA.

The family will receive guests for visitation on Monday, September 7, from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at the Heath Funeral Home & Cremation Services, LLC, at 701 Lingle St. Osceola Mills, PA, and on Tuesday, September 8, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral at the church.
