Thomas Roy Gearhart

Thomas Roy Gearhart, 79, of Mineral Springs, PA, died on Sunday, September 13, 2026 at Penn Highlands DuBois.

Born on January 23, 1947, in Clearfield, PA, Thomas was the son of the late Thomas Clark Gearhart & Margaret Hazel (Patton) Gearhart. He married Lorri L. (Walk) Gearhart on October 6, 1973 in Bigler, PA. Lorri survives at home.

Thomas was a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles in Clearfield, PA as well as being a member of LooMoose in Clearfield, PA.

He was a retired Heavy Equipment Operator for Al Hamilton, Modern Landfill, Gearhart Brothers, & Bigler Boyz.

Thomas was a 1965 graduate from the Clearfield High School.

In addition to his parents, Thomas was preceded in death by a sister, Linda Gearhart.

In addition to his wife, Thomas is survived by a daughter, Angela Dawn Gearhart of Mineral Springs, PA; a sister, Connie Gockley of Lititz, PA; two brothers, Charles “Chip” Gearhart & his wife Gayle of Manheim, PA, and Pat Gearhart & his wife Tammy of Spring Boro, OH; a granddaughter, Cassandra Jean Cupp; and a great-granddaughter, Rozalyn Wise.

Services will be at the convenience of the family.

Interment is at Bigler Cemetery in Bigler, PA.
