Connie E. Bullman

Connie E. Bullman, 80, of Philipsburg, PA, died on Thursday, October 15, 2026 at Penn Highlands DuBois.

Born on May 21, 1946, in Philipsburg, PA, Connie was the daughter of the late Zennia T. Moss.

She was a member of the Osceola Mills United Methodist Church.

Connie was a retired Tax Preparer.

She was a 1964 graduate from the P.O. High School.

In addition to her mother, Connie was preceded in death by a special grandson, Jon Young.

She is survived by a daughter, Jade Bullman of State College, PA; a son Ernie Bullman, Jr. & his companion Rhonda Young of Smithmill, PA; three grandchildren, Hunter Bullman, Yeggar Young, and Sephia Dotts; and three great-grandchildren, Embry, Joey, and Theo.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the Heath Funeral Home & Cremation Services, LLC at 701 Lingle St. Osceola Mills, PA 16666. Pastor Chris Priester will officiate.

Interment will be at Umbria Cemetery in Osceola Mills, PA.

There will be visitation on Monday, October 19, 2026 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home and on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral at the funeral home.
