Roger R. Bauman, Sr.

Roger R. Bauman, Sr., 83, of Morrisdale, PA, died on Friday, May 22, 2026 at Mt. Laurel Nursing & Rehab Center in Clearfield, PA.

Born on October 12, 1942, in Philipsburg, PA, Roger was the son of the late Kenneth & Glenna (Dixon) Bauman. He married Debra J. (Stewart) Bauman on December 28, 1991 in Mineral Springs, PA. She survives at home.

Roger was of the Christian Faith. He was an Army Veteran of the Vietnam War.

He was a retired Diesel Truck Mechanic and the former Owner Operator of R & D Bauman Trucking.

Roger was a 1960 graduate from the Mo. Valley High School.

In addition to his parents, Roger was preceded in death by three brothers, Kenneth Bauman, Jr., Wayne Bauman, and Harvey Bauman.

In addition to his wife, Roger is survived by a daughter, Jennifer Wisor Mallon & her husband Gregory of Clearfield, PA; four sons, Jason Wisor & his wife Catherine Vaux Wisor of Fombell, PA, Roger Hull & his wife Barbara of Grampian, PA, Roger Bauman, Jr. of Florida, and Ronald Bauman of South Carolina; three sisters, Midred Stephens of Philipsburg, PA, Rose Bauman of Philipsburg, PA, and Carolyn Yarger & her husband Samuel of Philipsburg, PA; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

There will be a Celebration of Life on Saturday, June 6, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. at Poppy & Co. Cafe – 124 N. 2nd St. Philipsburg, PA. Pastor Stanley Wisor will officiate.
