Ralph S. “Piney” Winters
Ralph S. (Piney) Winters, 69, of Sandy Ridge died Friday, February 6, 2015 at his home.
Born July 2, 1945 in Osceola Mills, PA he was the son of Dorothy I. (Lansberry) Winters of Osceola Mills, PA and the late Ralph C. Winters. He married Marjorie L. (Miller) Winters on January 4, 1974 in Osceola Mill, PA. She survives at home.
Mr. Winters was a US Army Veteran of the Vietnam War and was a retired
self employed mechanic.
In addition to his mother and wife he is survived by: a son Brian G. Winters & his companion Jessica Yeager of Philipsburg, PA; a brother Gerald R. Winters & his wife Donna of Philipsburg, PA; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, February 13, 2015 at the Heath Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Osceola, Mills, PA, with Pastor Jennifer C. Heikes officiating. Burial will be at the Centre Cemetery in Osceola Mills, PA.
Visitation will be held Friday, February 13, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. until the time of the memorial service.
Military Honors will be accorded by the Osceola Mills Honor Guard.
