Dorothy I. Winters
Dorothy I. Winters, 96, or Osceola Mills, PA died at her home on Wednesday, October, 28, 2015.
Born on March 13, 1919 in Osceola Mills, PA, she was the daughter of the late Harvey & Annie (Harris) Lansberry. She married Ralph C. Winters on June 25, 1941 in Altoona PA; he preceded her in death on September 2, 2004.
She was of the Christian faith and a homemaker.
In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by: a son, Ralph S. “Piney” Winters; two sisters; and two brothers.
Mrs. Winters is survived by: a son, Gerald R. Winters & his wife Donna of Philipsburg, PA; three grandchildren, Gary Winters, Gennifer Flatley and Brian Winters; and five great-grandchildren.
At the request of Dorothy, there will be no funeral services or viewing. Burial will be at the Centre Cemetery in Osceola Mills, PA.
