Paul F. Turner
Paul F. Turner, 80 of Hollidaysburg, PA and formerly of West Decatur & Clearfield, PA, passed away on Tuesday, November 6, 2012 at the Hollidaysburg Veterans Home in Hollidaysburg, PA.
He was the son of the late Alvy Turner, Sr. and Iva (Droll) Turner.
Mr. Turner was of the Christian Faith. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of the L.O.O.Moose in Clearfield, PA and the Eagles in Clearfield, PA.
He retired from Kurtz Brothers in Clearfield, PA as an Accountant. Mr. Turner was a 1949 graduate of the former Philipsburg High School and a graduate of the Altoona Business School.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by: three brothers, Alvy Turner, Jr., Lloyd Turner and Terry Turner; and a sister, Sandra Turner.
Mr. Turner is survived by: a sister, Shirley Robert & her husband Henry of Tallahassee, FL; a brother, Wesley Turner & his wife Judy of Springville, NY; and a sister-in-law Vera Turner of West Decatur, PA.
The funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 10, 2012 at the Heath Funeral Home in Osceola Mills, PA, with Rev. Scott Hartsock officiating. Burial will be at Mock’s Hill Cemetery in West Decatur, PA.
Visitation will be Saturday, November 10, 2012 from Noon until the time of the funeral service at the funeral home.
