John J. Soltys
John J. Soltys Jr., 56 of Houtzdale (Sanborn) PA passed away on Wednesday, March 14, 2012 at his home.
Born on February 11, 1956 in Philipsburg, PA. He was the son of Dolly W. (Webb) of (Sanborn) Houtzdale, PA and the late John J. Soltys, Sr.
Mr. Soltys was of the Christian Faith. He graduated from the Philipsburg-Osceola High School class of 1974 and attended Lock Haven University.
In addition to his father he was preceded in death by one brother David W. Soltys.
He is survived by four sisters Louise M. Leigey and her husband Daniel of Shelocta, PA, Rebecca D. Supko and her husband Michael of Osceola Mills, PA, Jennifer L. Villella and her husband Anthony of Coalport, PA, and Lisa J. Muth of Schuylkill Haven PA; and one brother Roy F. Soltys and his wife Barbara of Osceola Mills, PA.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, March 16 at the Heath Funeral Home in Osceola Mills, PA with Reverend D. Z. Lewis Jr. officiating. Burial will be at the Sanborn Cemetery in (Sanborn) Rural Houtzdale, PA.
Friends will be received on Friday from 11:00 a.m. to funeral time at the funeral home.
