Ronald E. Scott, Jr., 59, of Philipsburg, PA died on Saturday, April 13, 2019 at the Mount Nittany Medical Center in State College, PA.
Born on May 11, 1959 in Altoona, PA he was the son of Betty Jane (Ross) Conklin & Robert Reed Conklin, Jr. of West Decatur, PA and the late Ronald E. Scott, Sr. He married Beth L. (Walker) Scott on September 10, 1983 in Houtzdale, PA who survives at home.
He was of the United Methodist Faith.
He had worked at the Mountain Laurel Nursing Home in Clearfield, PA in housekeeping.
In addition to his parents he is survived by: one sister, Wanda Morris & her husband Michael of Phoenix, AZ; two step-sisters, Carolyn Gillingham & her husband Richard of Woodland, PA and Marsha Bush of Philipsburg, PA; one brother, James Scott of West Decatur, PA; and one step-brother, Michael Conklin of Grampian, PA.
At Ronald’s request there will be no viewing or funeral service.
Burial will be at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Brisbin, PA.
