Chester Warren Russell
Chester Warren Russell, 86, of Philipsburg, PA died on Friday, May 6, 2016 at his home.
Born on May 28, 1929 in (Morgan Run) West Decatur, PA, he was the son of the late Lloyd & Minnie (Goss) Russell. He married Beverly E. (Copeland) Russell on October 23, 1949 at the Osceola Mills Presbyterian Church; she survives at home.
Mr. Russell was a member of the Grace United Methodist Church in Philipsburg, PA. He was a retired Salesman for the former Industrial Supply.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by: a son, Chester Warren Russell, Jr.; four sisters, Bessie Jane Russell, Lorna Stonebraker, Isabele Wadosky and Thelma Goss; and four brothers, Robert, Clair, James and Albert Russell.
Along with his wife, Mr. Russell is survived by: a daughter, Sandra B. Sangiorgio of San Diego, CA; and two sons, Michael W. Russell & his wife Linda of West Decatur, PA and Randy S. Russell & his fiancee, Phyllis of Philipsburg, PA. He is also survived by: three grandchildren, Travis E. Russell, Suellen Russell and Nicole Joyce; and two great-grandchildren, Renson and Connor.
The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, May 9, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at the Heath Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Osceola Mills, PA with Rev. LaMarr Pirkle officiating. Burial will be at the Philipsburg Cemetery in Philipsburg, PA.
Friends and family will be received on Monday, May 9, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at the funeral home.
