Donald W. Ross
Donald W. Ross, 72, of Clearfield died on Monday, December 8, 2014 at his home.
Born on November 13, 1942 in Milroy, PA, he was the son of the late Charles & Carolyn (Spicer) Ross. He married Dixie L. (Wisor) Ross on August, 19, 1964 in Philipsburg, PA; she preceded him in death on December 3, 2009.
Mr. Ross was of the Christian Faith. He was retired as a self-employed painter.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by: a step-son, Jimmy Denochick; and three sisters, Elizabeth Miller, Dorothy Quick and Aretta Conklin.
Mr. Ross is survived by: two daughters, Jennifer Ross of Clearfield, PA and Lisa Ross & her companion Kenneth Picard of Clearfield, PA; two sons, Donny Ross & his wife Misty of Osceola Mills, PA and Howard Ross & his wife Velda of Mineral Springs, PA; five sisters, Mary Singer of Brisbin, PA, Betty Conklin & her husband Robert of Wallaceton, PA, Nancy Krouse of West Decatur, PA, Barbara Geer & her husband Robert of Mahaffey, PA and Donna Knepp of Wallaceton, PA; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
At Donald’s request, there will be no viewing or funeral service. Burial will be at Reidy Cemetery in Wallaceton, PA.
Heath Funeral Home in Osceola Mills is in charge of arrangements.
