Nancy Ann Polachko
Nancy Ann Polachko, 65 of Philipsburg, PA died on Saturday, October, 29, 2022 at Mt. Nittany Medical Center in State College, PA.
Born on November 25, 1956 in Gouverneur, NY, she was the daughter of Clinton E. & Shirley Ann (Clark) Hendrick of Philipsburg, PA.
Nancy was of the United Methodist Faith. She was a member of the L.O.O.Moose #154 in Osceola Mills, PA.
She was retired from the Penn State University in the housekeeping department. And was a 1974 graduate of the Gouverneur High School in Gouverneur, NY.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by a son, John B. Polachko of Osceola Mills, PA; four sisters, Laurie J. Knepp & her companion Joseph McGee of Philipsburg, PA, Kathy L.Yarger & her husband Warren Lee of (Sanborn) Houtzdale, PA, Heather D. Sharpless & her husband Lynn of Osceola Mills, PA, and Heidi B. Bone & her husband Donald of Morrisdale, PA; a brother, Clinton J. Hendrick of Clearfield, PA; and two grandchildren, Maeleigh and Hope Polachko.
At Nancy’s request, there will be no viewing or funeral service.
Burial will be at Umbria Cemetery in Osceola Mills, PA.
