Bradley S. Picard
Bradley S. Picard, 62, of Winburne, PA, died Sunday, January 22, 2023, at his home.
Born on May 26, 1960, in Philipsburg, PA, he was the son of Patricia (Haag) Picard of Winburne, PA & the late Robert Picard. He married Betsy K. Perks on August 11, 1979, in Winburne, PA; she preceded him in death on November 18, 2013.
In addition to his mother, Bradley is survived by a daughter, Nicole D. Picard & her fiancée Douglas Belgin of Flinton, PA; two sisters, Kimberly Smolko & her husband Edward of Winburne, PA and Colleen Rinehart & her husband Emory of Morrisdale, PA; three brothers, Daniel Picard of Philipsburg, PA, Joseph “Mike” Picard of Winburne, PA and James Picard & his wife Anita Picard of Winburne, PA; and a grandchild, Gunner, Belgin.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
