Barbara A. Phillips
Barbara A. Phillips, 78, of Osceola Mills, PA died Sunday, 17 April, 2016 at Windy Hill Village P.S.L. in Philipsburg, PA.
Born on October 11, 1937 in Philipsburg, PA, she was the daughter of the late Robert & Ruth (Webb) Roberts. She married Gerald M. Phillips in October, 1957, he preceded her in death on November 1, 1988.
Mrs. Phillips was of the Christian Faith and was a homemaker. She was a 1955 graduate of the former Houtzdale-Woodward-Brisbin High School.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by: three brothers, Johnny Roberts, Alan Roberts & Robert Roberts.
She is survived by: six sons, Robert F. Phillips & his wife Michelle of Glenn Hope, PA, Gerald G. Phillips & his wife Amy of Osceola, Mills, PA, Tracy Lee Phillips of Elizabethtown, PA, Thomas E. Phillips & his wife Teresa of Morrisdale, PA, Charles A. Phillips of Osceola Mills, PA and Daniel J. Phillips & his wife Michelle of LA; and two sisters, Mary Roberts of FL, and Margaret Frisbee of VA. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family at Oak Hill Cemetery in Curwensville, PA, with Rev. Mary Jo Bruinooge presiding.
There will be no viewing or visitation.
