Sue Patrick
Sue Patrick, 100, of State College PA, formerly of Osceola Mills, PA, died on Friday, October 9, 2026 at Grand Strand Medical Center in Myrtle Beach, SC.
Born on May 7, 1926, in Madera, PA, Sue was the daughter of the late Peter Henshaw & Margaret (Trugan) Henshaw. She married George Patrick on February 12, 1944 in Houtzdale, PA. George preceded Sue in death on March 2, 2008.
Sue was a member of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary Orthodox Church in Osceola Mills, PA.
She was a homemaker.
In addition to her parents and husband, Sue was preceded in death by two sisters; and two brothers.
Sue is survived by a daughter, Shirley A. Ballock of Myrtle Beach, SC; a son, George A. Patrick & his wife Sharon of State College, PA; four grandchildren, John Ballock, Stephanie Reese, David Patrick, and Michele Helffrich; and three great-grandchildren.
A burial service will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the Nativity of the Virgin Mary Orthodox Church in Osceola Mills, PA. Archimandrite Jacob Piruta will officiate.
Interment will be at the Nativity of the Virgin Mary Orthodox Cemetery in Osceola Mills, PA.
