Frances L. McConaughey
Frances L. McConaughey, 95, of McVeytown, PA died on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at the Ohesson Manor in Lewistown, PA.
Born on April 15, 1926 in Decatur Township, PA she was the daughter of the late William and Annie (Ferguson) Patterson.
She was of the Christian Faith and was retired from Trabon Industry.
In addition to her parents he was preceded in death by: one daughter, Harriet Borch; two sons, Herbert McConaughey and Willie McConaughey; three sisters, Dorothy Coble, Mabel Smith and Marie Hummel; two brothers, Robert Patterson and Bill Patterson; and one great-grandson, Brandon Kauffman.
She is survived by: one daughter, Jean Mathews & her husband Thomas of McVeytown, PA; one son, Donald McConaughey & his wife Sally of Southington, OH; one sister, Vivian Shoemaker of Phillipsburg, PA; two brothers, Larry Patterson & his wife Judy of Reedsville, PA and Henry Patterson of Delaware; thirteen grandchildren, thirty-three great-grandchildren and twenty-six great-great grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be at the Centre Cemetery in Osceola Mills, PA.
There will be no visitation.
