Jase Alan Jury, 2, of Philipsburg, PA died on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at Penn Highlands, Clearfield, PA.
Born on March 14, 2016 in State College, PA, he was the son of Craig Jury and Casey (Stamm) Kozak.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by: two brothers, Trevor and Tyler Kozak at home; grandparents, David and Linda Jury, Carl and Tammy Stamm, Kathy Stamm and Michael Mostyn; and great-grandparents, Janice Jury, Rosie Stamm, Gladys and Barry Hall, Norma Demchak; and John and Lisa Eyerly.
The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 25, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Heath Funeral Home & Cremation Services, LLC in Osceola Mills, PA: with Rev. Roger Laktash officiating. Burial will be at the Centre Cemetery in Osceola Mills, PA.
Visitation will be held on Friday from 5:00 p.m. until funeral time at the funeral home.
