Ronald L. Gearhart
Ronald L. Gearhart, 73, of Osceola Mills, PA died on Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at Penn Highlands DuBois, DuBos, PA.
Born on September 6, 1942 in Brisbin, PA, he was the son of the late Bernard L. & Lillian Louise (Davis) Gearhart.
Mr. Gearhart was of the Christian Faith. He was a mechanic for C & K Coal Co. of Clarion, PA and for Al Hamilton Coal Co.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by: a son, Charlie Gearhart; a grandson, Donald Lee Gearhart; and a brother, Les Gearhart.
Mr. Gearhart is survived by: his companion, Laura Haywood of Osceola Mills, PA; two sons, Ronald B. Gearhart & his wife Sandy of Houtzdale, PA and Jimmy V. Gearhart & his wife Barbara of Woodland, PA; three brothers, Martin Gearhart & his wife Cathy of Houtzdale, PA, Mark Gearhart of Tyrone, PA and Robert Gearhart & his wife Cindy of Philipsburg, PA; a step-sister, Carol Bayer of Philipsburg, PA; four grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and four step-great-grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at Heath Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Osceola Mills, PA, with Pastor Clare Pannebaker officiating.
Friends will be received on Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the memorial service at the funeral home.
