Bill was my go-to man at church. When I needed something done he was the first person I would call. We are truly, truly going to miss him. My heart aches for the loss felt by his family and friends. Until we meet again, my dear friend.

R.I.P. Bill… you will be missed…
Jim & Colleen Rumberger
Bill is one of our best friends and we love him like family. He spent many hours at our house having fun with us. There will always be an empty chair on our porch or around our fire pit were Bill should be sitting. He was the best soundman our church choir could’ve ever had. It is going to be hard to find someone who can do it the way he did. He had a real knack and talent for timing. Our hearts are broken but we take solace and comfort in knowing that Bill has gone home to be with his creator. We know that one day we will meet with him again.R.I.P. Dear friend. We love you.

Family,
Please accept my condolences in the passing of Bill.
He and I were in the same Diesel Engine Technology Class of 1978 at what was then known as the Clearfield Vocational School, and we were instructed by Jim Verbek.
I have not seen Bill since we graduated, but I remember him. If I recall correctly, he worked at an Exxon station while he went to school in those days.
There were I think 4 students from each high school in our VoTech class.
I hope Bill didn’t have to suffer long in his passing. And may he rest in peace.

I worked and got to know Bill very well the past few years I’ve worked at Cleveland Brothers with him. We also got to know each other outside of work and rode side by sides together too. He will be greatly missed by me and my girlfriend Ashley Wood. A good man with a good heart gone to soon. May God be with you and your family during this time!

We are so incredibly saddened by Bill’s death. We have each served with him in different capacities on church committees and he will be so missed in our congregation at OMUMC. It seems I have known Bill most of my life and it is so hard to comprehend that someone with so much life in him is gone from our lives. Sue, Deb and Dian, you and your families are very much in our hearts. We pray that God will comfort you as you grieve and that you may eventually experience peace in knowing that Bill now lives eternally, no more suffering, and that you will be reunited again❤️

I was a coworker of Bill. We worked together from time to time. I worked out of Harrisburg and then Frackville. Over the years I made a lot of trips to State College. I met Bill back in 2001 and became friends immediately. He was one of the best paver mechanics I knew. He will be missed. So sorry for your loss!!

Dear Sue, Debbie, Dian and families, Our hearts are heavy and we’ve been shocked by Bill’s death. Our prayers seem unanswered, but God has a reason for everything. We need to look at the miracle of death and know that God has “healed” Bill. Bill is not suffering anymore and his body will not fail him now. He has another body and one day we will see him again and say Hello. We can’t be there with you personally, but know that you are all in our prayers. Sending our deepest sympathy.
