Mary Ann (Hajzak) Frank
Mary Ann (Hajzak) Frank, 75, of Osceola Mills, PA died on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at her home.
Born on December 13, 1943 in Toronto, Canada she was the daughter of the late John and Patricia (Patterson) Hajzak.
She was of the Catholic Faith.
Mary had worked at the Charles Navasky & Company in Philipsburg, PA and housekeeping at the Atherton Hotel in State College, PA. She was a 1961 graduate of the Philipsburg Osceola Mills High School.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one son, John S. Frank.
She is survived by: her companion Aaron J. Cole of Osceola Mills, PA; two daughters, Jill Morgan & her husband Richard of Ft. Walton Beach, FL and Lorie Earnest & her husband Robert of Osceola Mills, PA; two sons, David Frank & his wife Karen of Louisiana and Steven Frank of Etters, PA; one sister, Ruth Williams & her husband Jack of Woodland, PA; one brother, John Paul Hajzak & his wife Lynne of Hesston, PA; ten grandchildren, Steven, Gabrielle, Katie, Christopher, Dustin, Josh, Jacob, Tara, Sarah and Christina; and one great-grandson Cash.
The Funeral Service will at 11:00 a.m. on Monday February 4, 2019 at the Heath Funeral Home & Cremation Services, LLC in Osceola Mills, PA: with Deacon Dennis Socash officiating.
Burial will be at the Centre Cemetery in Osceola Mills, PA.
Visitation will be held on Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until funeral time at the funeral home.
